EnCon Colorado Appreciates Two outstanding Women
Superstars Cassandra Simmons and Cynthia McDonald are thanked by Jim Fabinski

Denver, CO—03/07/2025
We’re topping off WIC Week with two EnCon Colorado employees crucial to our work: Cassandra Simmons and Cynthia McDonald. Simmons is the Staffing/Safety Coordinator and McDonald is the Office Manager at the Welby Rd. Plant. Both outstanding women have significantly contributed to the production of precast/prestressed concrete in the Mountain States region.
“Cynthia McDonald is a pleasure to work with,” says Jim Fabinski, Director of Transportation Products at EnCon United Company. Fabinski primarily manages EnCon Colorado’s projects, so he’s often reliant on the foundational work of these two women. In a B2B business like precast, sales are built on relationships, and McDonald is usually the first face you see if you visit the North Denver plant. Jim appreciates the tone she sets for everyone who walks in that door, “Her calm and respectful demeanor towards customers and employees keeps relationships positive and productive.”
Fabinski also appreciates the critical responsibilities of Simmons saying, “[She] is dedicated to keeping our manufacturing facility safe and adequately staffed.” Safety is a culture at EnCon United, and we have the utmost respect for those who keep us and our employees out of harm’s way. Cassandra’s dedication to our staff and staffing keeps us going in the right direction.
Simmons and McDonald’s tireless efforts and dedication to safety and customer relations have been instrumental in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Their contributions not only reflect the company’s commitment to excellence but also underscore the importance of strong teamwork and leadership in driving success in the precast/prestressed concrete industry.
