Kirk Buhne Joins EnCon Washington as Director of Business Development

Puyallup, Wash. (August 7, 2015) – EnCon United, the parent company of EnCon Washington and several leading architectural and structural precast prestressed concrete companies located across the United States, is pleased to announce a new addition to its management team.

Kirk Buhne, B. Arch., CSI, CDT has joined EnCon as Director of Business Development, bringing over 30 years of architecture, sales and construction experience to the EnCon team. In his role as Director of Business Development, Buhne’s responsibilities include assisting contractors and developers with project development and budgeting for opportunities in the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, Buhne is responsible for preconstruction design assistance, sales, and new market development.

Kirk brings extensive experience in wall system and building material sales to the EnCon team. Kirk studied at the School of Architecture, The University of Waterloo, and worked as an architect in five countries in Europe and North America prior to specializing in building envelope design. Kirk has been actively involved in sales and business development and has vast experience in the commercial building market. With his wealth of design and construction experience, Kirk is excited to be promoting precast systems in the Pacific Northwest.
