Denver, Colo. (March 4, 2016) – EnCon United, the parent company of several leading architectural and structural precast prestressed concrete companies located across the United States, is pleased to announce changes to corporate management teams.

 

Stresscon Corporation, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is pleased to announce the promotion of Chris Montoya, P.E., to Vice President of Engineering.  Montoya has been with Stresscon for over seven years, and has served the company as a Project Engineer and a Project Manager.  In his most recent role, Montoya has successfully managed his projects with a sound knowledge of structural systems, serving as the point of contact for all phases of precast design and delivery. Montoya’s experiences include project sales, estimating, project management, and precast/prestressed concrete design.  In his new role, Montoya is responsible for managing the engineering and drafting departments, internal training, forensic analysis of precast structures, and working with staff to develop solutions for precast design issues.

 

Employee Ed Hart has transferred from his position as Safety Director of Stresscon Corporation to Safety Director at Tpac, EnCon’s newly acquired precast company in Phoenix, Arizona.  Ed served 17 years at Stresscon, and has over 10 years of experience as Safety Director.  In his current role at Tpac, Hart is responsible for environmental health and safety, environmental permitting, safety training, assisting with field safety on job sites, site planning, and state, local and federal mandates.

 

Stresscon is also pleased to announce the promotion of Charles Boroz.  Boroz has transitioned to the role of Stresscon Corporation Safety Director with Hart’s transition, and will work with the Denver and Colorado Springs facilities. Boroz has been a part of the Stresscon safety team, serving as Safety Coordinator for the past three years.  In his new role, Boroz will be responsible for environmental health and safety, environmental permitting, hiring and orientation, safety training, assisting with field safety on job sites, site planning, and state, local and federal mandates.
