VP of Business Development and Marketing Coordinator Positions Added

EnCon Companies, a leader in the prestressed/precast concrete industry, just added two new employees to strengthen their already accomplished Sales Department. The company, who is known for their excellence in client relations, is keeping in line with that reputation by providing additional personnel to serve their base with even more value.

Business Development New Hire

The first is TJ Sheahen, who joined as the Vice President of Business Development and has an extensive background in the building materials industry. Sheahen brings over 15 years of invaluable experience and a proven record for success in executive leadership and sales. Prior to joining EnCon, Sheahen served on the leadership team at Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. (a
division of CRH), and held several leadership positions at GCP Applied Technologies. In these roles, he played an instrumental part in driving sales growth and business expansion. “I’m privileged to become part of EnCon Companies, a distinguished industry leader renowned for its architectural and structural precast solutions,” said Sheahen, “Their reputation for  superior engineering services and premium products precedes them. Marketing New Hire

Also joining the organization is Melody Maduell as the new Marketing Coordinator. Maduell brings 10 years of marketing experience to the role, plus extensive technical writing and 2 graphic design expertise. Most notably, she launched the adoption of an e-learning tool at Oregon Health & Science University. Recently running her own design studio consulting with
Denver’s local tech startups on brand identity and sales enablement, Maduell is looking forward to bringing her skills to once again help a larger organization.
