EnCon Washington Receives New Approval, Expands Product Line

Puyallup, Wash. (November 30, 2015) – EnCon Washington is pleased to announce WSDOT approval for the Qualified Approval List Standard Spec : 7-02.3(6), Precast Reinforced Concrete Three Sided Structures, Box Culverts and Split Box Culverts.
The new approval allows EnCon Washington to fabricate three sided structures, box culverts and split box culverts for use in heavy highway and bridge products. EnCon Washington also has Qualified Approval List Standard Spec : 6-1031(1), Precast Concrete – Concrete Barrier, and 6-12.3(6), Precast Concrete – Precast Concrete Noise Barrier Wall fabrication certification.
EnCon Washington’s product lines include bridge deck panels, columns, culverts, foundation walls, prestressed beams, spandrels, thin brick cladding, traffic barriers, sound walls, tunnel linings, custom structural precast products, and solid and high performance insulated wall panels. A 21.5 acre production facility houses a batch plant, aggregate storage, water treatment, and a carousel production facility. A recent facility expansion created 32,000 additional square feet of plant production space for product expansion. In addition to the WSDOT certifications, EnCon Washington is a PCI certified plant, producing under strict B1A and C2A guidelines.
